Last year, Graham Rahal was thrust into the spotlight as teammate to multiple Champ Car title winner Sebastien Bourdais. That challenge - and working with the best team in the series - accelerated his growth as a driver, and like his legendary father Bobby, he should perform well on all track types in 2008, even though he's never raced on ovals before.
Rahal missed his high school prom to race Champ Cars in Houston last year. It was worth it: he finished second.
