Enrique Bernoldi learned plenty as the Sauber Formula 1 test driver between 1999 and 2000, then race driver for the Arrows F1 squad. That would explain why he impressed with his feedback when he tested a Champ Car in February. Now, he and teammate Franck Perera will have to support each other as they enter the oval-racing arena.
As a former winner of the Formula Renault UK Championship, Bernoldi's in good company - Kimi Raikkonen and Lewis Hamilton, no less.
