Alex Tagliani caught the racing bug at age 10 when his paternal grandfather introduced him to karting while on a trip to Italy. He's been racing ever since.
"Tag" is an karting enthusiast who also enjoys swimming, cycling and inline skating for recreation and physical conditioning. He speaks fluent French, Italian and English. He met his wife, Bronte, during a race weekend in Surfers Paradise, Australia. They married in 2003.
